processing equipment, presents the Grill / Smoker, Model F2000-GS.
Available in a mobile pull behind trailer or as a free standing unit, the
Grill is powered by two propane tanks mounted at the front of the Grill's
base. The stainless steel Grill is set in a steel cabinet with an
aluminum tread plate surround and shelves, on the front of the free standing
model and on each side of the trailer model. The trailer's fenders are also
covered with tread plate. All sheet metal parts are
laser-precision quality.

Dual stainless steel smoke stacks grace the
hinged steel cover which features a steel and
aluminum counterweight that not only aids
function but adds style. Mounted at the back of
the F2000-GS Grill /

Smoker's trailer, are two expanded
metal baskets for carrying wood and supplies.
The baskets flank the steel firebox which
features an aluminum tread plate cover and
convenient ash drawer. Fabco can also provide

laser-precision stainless steel cooking
utensils.
