Fabco Bearings are available in all standard industry sizes with bores from 1/2" to 2" in 2-bolt flange, 3-bolt flange, 4-bolt flange, pillow block, and tap base configurations.

Uniquely Adapted to the Environment

Fabco Equipment Company, Inc. offers bearings that are uniquely suited to the food processing environment and equipment application and withstand breakdown where others may fail. Manufactured of a cast nylon with built-in oil lubrication which provides superior performance and durability compared to other plastic and traditional bearing materials, Fabco Bearings perform in environments where additional lubrication is not desirable because of cleanability or contamination. The oil lubricant in Fabco Bearings, although not evident by sight or touch, is completely dispersed within the cast nylon matrix during the manufacturing process, becoming an integral part of the casting's structure. It will not spin out, dry out, or drain out, even under the harshest operating conditions.
This results in 25% lower coefficient of friction than other grades of nylon. Fabco Bearings perform well in harsh environments and wash down, yet exhibit reduced water absorption, stabilizes at 2.5% moisture content, which promotes higher dimensional stability. The stability and reduced friction make it unnecessary for Fabco Bearings to have any moving parts, resulting in less problems in operation. Fabco Bearings require no maintenance.
