The Fabco Belt Over Roller Conveyor, Model F9-GC is constructed of T304 stainless steel and food grade plastics and rubber. It is USDA approved for use in food processing plants.

Used For:
Belt on roller conveyor is very useful for
transporting light and medium weight loads between locations. In
addition to being a good general purpose powered conveyor, belt over
roller is also a desired solution for inclines or declines. Powered belt
over roller conveyor provides much control over the orientation and
placement of loads, which can be good for bulky, irregularly shaped
products. Because product orientation is easily controlled with belt
over roller, it also makes a good conveyor to use in induction and
sortation conveyor systems. |

Specifications:
The food grade belt rides on 2 3/8" diameter rollers spaced 6" on center and stainless steel drums at drive and take up ends. The PVC rollers feature closed end bearings for reduced
contamination and easier cleaning. Fabco's bearings make Belt Over Roller Conveyors
almost maintenance free. |

Options: This
belt over conveyor is built with laser-precision cut stainless steel
frame which is available in any length. The floor mounted conveyor
includes adjustable legs to which you may add optional castors or you
may hang the entire conveyor from the ceiling. Other options include an
electric motor and gearbox or hydraulic drive. |
