Constructed of T304 stainless steel, food grade polymers and rubber, the Gizzard Defatter is USDA approved for use in poultry processing plants.

Specifications:

Chain driven by a top mounted electric motor and gearbox, which are available with a stainless steel jacket, the Fabco Gizzard Defatter will fit in a small space. The Defatter’s food grade rubber fingers gently but efficiently process either chicken, turkey or duck gizzards, providing a competitive yield.
